Frequently Asked Questions

I first provide a full consultation on the style and location of your photo shoot. I also stay in touch with you until the photos are fully delivered.
Also, the price of an hour of photo shoot includes all original photos and  10 photos in processing, which you can choose yourself.

On the day of the shoot or the next day, I will send you all original photos via google drive or ZIP file in messenger (Telegramm, Viber, WhatsApp).
You will have one month to download all photos via google drive, after which they will be deleted. The same goes for the processed photos. After I finish working with them, you will also have one month to download the finished photos from google drive.
It is possible to get the photos on flash drives (64, 128, 256 GB) for an additional fee.

In order to book a date, you need to pay 25% of the total cost of the photo shoot. The remaining balance is payable after the shoot before all photos are handed over.

Prepayment can be refunded up to three days before the scheduled date.

The shooting date can only be rescheduled once, this must be done at least five days before the shoot.

 If the shoot is one hour long, after you submit 10 numbers of photos for retouching, I will process them within a week.
If the shoot is 2 to 6 hours long, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process the photos. If the shoot is 8 hours or more – a month.
*If you want to choose your own photos for processing, I will start working on them only after you send me the numbers of those photos.
